There is so much to be said about this trip yet somehow it is difficult to find the words to express my feelings after finally returning home. Larrondo is a 1993 graduate of Boise State with a degree in broadcast journalism, and has a master's degree in athletic administration from Idaho State.Maria McLeod, a junior captain on the Bemidji State soccer team, has invited all of Beaver Nation along with the team as it travels around the world for a soccer, sightseeing and service trip Aug. He also co-hosted a one-hour talk show about Boise State athletics from 1998-2003. Larrondo has also worked in radio and television during his career, serving time as color commentator for Boise State football and basketball, as well as Idaho Stallion football. He was then promoted to senior assistant athletic director for marketing, broadcast services and corporate sponsorships. He moved to the marketing department in 2001, spending the next three-plus years as the assistant athletic director for promotions and broadcast services.
During his tenure with sports information, Larrondo also worked with men's and women's golf and men's and women's cross country. Larrondo first joined the Boise State athletics staff in 1993 as a sports information director, where he was the primary contact for men's basketball and the secondary contact for football until 2001.
